Ski Chalets

This year Christmas falls on Sunday and therefore many ski chalets are offering a variety of options for the Christmas ski holidays. These vary from early departures on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, through to long breaks over the Christmas office shut downs, i.e. departing on Christmas Eve or Friday the 23rd and leaving the Friday before the New Year or New Years Eve on the Saturday. Christmas Ski Holidays

With just 7 months to go, May, June and July are always the best times to book your Christmas ski holiday before the hoards get in there first. Last year the Christmas ski week had some of the best skiing of the season as big dumps in November and December saw fresh powder during the Christmas Ski Holidays. In fact in many alpine ski resorts it even snowed on Christmas day, although this for some was the last snowfall for the next 8 weeks!
